Governor's Cup
Members of the St. Pius X Junior High Academic Team recently earned honors at
the Governor's Cup District and Regional competitions.
Shown in the photo above are (left to right): Mitchell MacKnight, who will
be competing at the state level in Math and Social Studies; Nate
Montelisciani, who will go to state in Language Arts; Ben Darpel, who placed
second in District and tied for 7th in Regionals for Science; and Matthew
Schubert, who placed 6th in District for Science.
Shown in the photo above are (left to right):
Connor Herbert, who placed 5th at Districts and tied for 12th place
at Regionals in Social Studies; Molly Bilz, who placed 8th at Districts for
Arts & Humanities; Emily Schutzman, who placed 5th at Districts and 15th at
Regionals for Language Arts; and Nate Doggett, who placed 4th at Districts
and 7th at Regionals for Arts & Humanities.
