Miss Herzog has been teaching at St. Pius X since 2008. This is her fifth year of teaching. She taught first grade one year. This will be her fourth year teaching kindergarten.
Some interesting things about Miss Herzog:
My Family: Most of my family lives in the Northern Kentucky Area. I live in a condo with my older sister Sara. We are only fifteen months apart in age and we have grown very close over they years. I am very close to my family.
My Education: I got my bachelor’s degree at NKU. I am currently working on my Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education at NKU.
My Talents: In high school I played the clarinet, I haven’t played in a long time so I don’t know how I would sound now. J
My Greatest Influence: My parents because they have always believed in me and have taught me to never give up on myself.
Favorite Catholic saint is St. John the Baptist de la Salle for his work in education.
My Favorite Color is Green, Green, Green!
My Favorite Hobbies and/or Vacation: I love to go swimming and relax at the beach. I also love to read when I have the time and watch design shows on TV.
My Favorite Singers: Maroon 5, Coldplay (the older albums.)
My Favorite Holiday is Christmas.
My Homework Philosophy: I feel that a small task helps to enrich what the children are learning in class.
Why I like teaching at St. Pius X: I enjoy working with the other teachers and staff members.
Favorite Sports and/or Teams: Bengals! J
