My Family: Husband Bill, daughter Jessica - 8th grade here at St. Pius. I have 2 step-sons, both married and 4 grandchildren.
My Education: Bachelor degree in Social Work from Indiana University - 1977. Master of Science in Social Work from University of Louisville - December, 1979.
My Greatest Influence: My father because of his enthusiasm for life, interest in people and events, knowledge and wit.
Favorite Catholic saint is Mary.
My Favorite Color is the pink family.
My Favorite Hobbies and/or Vacation: I enjoy reading, jazzercise, scrapbooking, gardening and birds. I also enjoy hanging out with my family.
My Favorite Singers: Beatles, Harry Nilsson, Queen; a variety of artists and instrumental music; love piano music.
My Favorite Holiday is Christmas.
My Homework Philosophy: Being organized about it makes homework go more smoothly.
Why I like teaching at St. Pius X: I have always enjoyed listening to and talking with kids. I like the camaraderie with the staff.
Favorite Sports and/or Teams: I like watching Jessica and her friends in figure skating and whatever other sports she is in, such as softball.
